Directions:
1. Fill out all the required fields.
2. Hit Submit and you will be redirected to the payment page. If you have a Google Account enter your login information, if you do not simply create one and then enter your credit card information.
3. You will then shortly receive a e-mail that says your order has shipped. This means that we have received your registration, charged your credit card and processed it.
4. If this is your first time registering with Elk River you need to provide a copy of your child's birth certificate. Mailed to:
